Orders that contain large quantities, bespoke sizes or large scale items can sometimes take longer than our advertised production times. For example any orders over a quantity of 10 items for mounted prints or canvas products may take slightly longer than usual.
Production times can also be impacted based on the volume of orders in the Lab which can vary depending on the time of year. If you do have a larger than average order that is required by a specific deadline, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
We provide bespoke boxes for all mounting & laminating orders as well as for our canvas & photo wrap orders. This includes a custom size presentation box to ensure your products are sufficiently protected in transit and ready to present to clients, friends or family.
You MUST ensure you select the correct shipping option at the checkout based on the products you're purchasing as this will not be automatically selected. Shipping for canvas, art wraps, or mounted print orders is £11.95+VAT to mainland UK up to a 30x40" size and larger sizes will often require a bespoke shipping arrangement depending on your delivery address. If the correct shipping is not selected for your order as detailed in the image below, your order will not be processed until this payment has been processed. To avoid any unnecessary delays to your orders, please ensure the correct shipping option is always selected.
You are able to collect your orders from our reception in Hatfield for a small fee by selecting the "Collection" option at the checkout. Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email letting you know its ready to collect, so please ensure you do not arrive before this email has been received. Our reception is open for collections from Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm so please do not travel to us outside of these times as reception will be closed.
Due to the speed at which we process prints, once orders have been placed it is not possible to combine them with later orders. It is also not possible to combine the delivery of SIMLAB with SIM Imaging orders. This is due to the different manufacturing times of each product, the different online ordering systems & the different packaging.
Whilst we endeavour to do our very best on all orders, our production times & delivery services are not guaranteed and there can be delays due to reasonable circumstances outside of our control. SIMLAB cannot be held liable for any consequential losses incurred where deliveries are delayed. Please ensure if you are operating to a strict deadline for clients or competitions, that you place your orders with plenty of time to accomodate for potential delays or unusual circumstances.
We have a range of delivery options available across the UK and Ireland. We offer our standard size photo prints on a next working day service to UK Mainland if ordered before 1pm, Monday to Friday. Production times will vary for different products but if you are in UK mainland your parcel will be put on a next working day delivery as standard once production is complete.

During peak seasons or busy times of the year, our production times can increase whilst we process higher order volumes than usual. During these times we would recommend to allow up to double the normal production time for the dispatch of your orders. Typically we are busiest during November and December leading up to Christmas so please allow for this when ordering. If you are ordering for a competition please allow for sufficient production and delivery time before your submission deadline.
